Coventry House Clearance

Coverage

Areas we cover

Coventry is the main service area. The city is not one housing type: Victorian streets, interwar semis, post-war estates and later suburban houses all produce different clearance jobs. We have written full pages only where there is enough local difference to be useful.

How the city is laid out, for clearance purposes

South-west districts such as Earlsdon still show the mid-nineteenth-century street grid and later Edwardian houses. South of the centre, Cheylesmore is largely interwar. Further south, Finham is later-twentieth-century suburban housing on larger plots. Westward, Allesley keeps a village core; Tile Hill mixes 1950s public housing with later private estates and the railway station. East, Binley grew mainly after the mid-century on former fields. North, Foleshill is denser and more mixed, along the canal and the Foleshill Road corridor. Coundon sits between the centre and the western edge, with older streets and interwar estates.

That mix changes parking, stairs, loft hatches and how much stored material a house tends to hold. It is why a postcode and a few photographs are more useful than a bedroom count on its own.

District pages with their own detail

Other Coventry districts

These places are part of the same service area. They do not yet have a separate page, because a thin page that only swaps a place name is not useful. If you are in one of them, use the quote form and name the area.
