Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of the website and the basis on which clearance work is quoted. They are a starting document for a UK service business, not a substitute for advice from a solicitor.

Using the website
The site is provided so you can learn about the service and send an enquiry. We try to keep the information accurate. Service descriptions are not an offer capable of acceptance until a quotation has been agreed in writing (including email).
Quotations
A quotation is based on the information you give us and, where relevant, an assessment. If the rooms, volume or access differ from that information, the figure can change. We do not publish a fixed price list on this website.
Authority to instruct
You confirm that you are entitled to have the agreed contents removed, or that you are instructing us on behalf of someone who is. This matters for estates and for goods left in rented property. We can refuse or pause work if that authority is unclear.
What is included
Only the rooms, outbuildings and items listed in the agreed quotation. Cleaning, repairs, locksmith work and garden clearance are not included unless separately agreed. Hazardous waste is not included unless a specific arrangement has been confirmed.
Items of value and documents
You should remove or clearly set aside valuables, documents and items the family or estate wishes to keep. Tell us if you want drawers and lofts searched. We take care, but we are not a valuables storage service and we do not provide regulated valuations.
Reuse and waste
By instructing the clearance you allow us to reuse, resell, donate, recycle or dispose of items that form part of the agreed load, unless you have given different written instructions. Waste will be handled through appropriate routes. Registration details appear on the site when supplied.
Liability
Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Other limits of liability can be set out in a written quotation or work confirmation once the business has adopted them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
