If something went wrong
Complaints procedure
If you are unhappy with an enquiry, a quotation or work that was carried out, write to us. We would rather have the facts than a public argument.
How to complain
Send a message through the contact page and put “Complaint” at the start. Include:
- Your name and how we should reply
- The property postcode and the date, if work has already happened
- What you expected, what happened, and what you would like us to do
What we will do
We will acknowledge the complaint and look at the enquiry or job it refers to. We will say whether we agree, what we can put right, and if we need more information. A numbered response-time target will be published here if the business adopts one; until then, we will not invent a 24-hour promise.
If you remain unhappy
You can ask us to look at the complaint again. Depending on the issue, you may also be able to use a trading-standards service or, for data matters, the ICO. We will not name a trade body we do not belong to.
