Information we collect
When you use the quotation or contact form we may receive:
- Name and telephone number
- Email address, if you provide one
- Property postcode and the details you write about the clearance
- Your preferred contact method and whether you confirmed you had read this policy
We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not create an account for you.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to assess the job, reply to you, and keep a record of what was agreed. The legal basis will usually be taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. If a different basis is later confirmed by the business’s adviser, this page will be updated.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to the server endpoint on this website. If a webhook or inbox has been configured, the same details are forwarded there. They are not sold. They may be seen by people administering the service and, if you are an executor or agent, by others you have asked us to deal with on the same job.
Hosting is provided using Cloudflare infrastructure. That means technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed to operate and protect the site.
How long we keep it
Retention period: to be confirmed. Until a period is published, we will keep enquiry records only as long as needed to deal with the job and any follow-up questions, then delete or anonymise them where we can.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). ICO registration number: to be published if the business is registered.
